I've watched this movie for the gazillionth time and just realized that the chess board at the beginning actually contains a legit gamestate and the checkmate that Eden gives to the guys is actually REAL. Wow, that's what I call attention to every detail! :)

RE: EDEN stars in SHARK KICKASS
I'm so glad you like this movie! Actually, it's my very first custom film - the one I was so enthusiastic about in the custom movie thread (now you see why) :) I wanted a film with a record-breaking number of kicks and an even higher-than-usual level of visual and verbal taunting. I used my KAK movie favorites like Iron Kandy and The Dukes of Kick Ass as the main sources of inspiration.
Still, though I've written the basic plotline and come up with the premise of most of the scenes and moves, the the end result is far better than anything I could have imagined!
And yes, Eden is breathtaking. To call her "stunning" , "mesmerising"or "awesome" would be a serious understatement... :)

RE: KAK Quiz 2.0
Ok, time's up!
Let's see...
1. D (but all five movies are f/m classics, you should definitely check them out)
2. A
3. C (a Jet vs. Builder or Jet, the Deadly Librarian movie would have been awesome...)
4. B
5. E (ithe dramatic event happened in "The Girl Who Played With Kick Ass")
6. B
7. E (yes, I actually counted them... There are much worse ways to spend the time...)
8. C
9. B
10. A
And the one who achieved a perfect 10/10 is... well... Abercorn again! :) Congratulatons!
Though DIVAfan and Dfingo (both with 9 correct answers) surely weren't far behind!

RE: KICKASS CUSTOM SEASON - OPEN NOW!
I think that it's a great offer that every regular visitor of this site should seriously consider. I'll tell you why.
I was thinking about a custom KAK movie for years. Even though I love these films as they are, there was always one thing or another I would have changed in them: put in some favorite fighting moves I've missed, omit some others that I'm not that keen of, crank up the taunting factor a little, see a Kandygirl execute a nice kick I've seen in an old movie etc. After long hesitation, I've recently made up my mind and made a custom with Kandyman.
It was really a blast. The film was ready in a very short time, and in a quality that surpassed my wildest expectations. Not only all of my ideas - about the story, the scenes, the characters, the wardrobe and everything else - were realized, but the director actually refined and perfected them, putting in some new dialogue, scenes and fignting moves - faithfully sticking to my general requests and guidelines - which I didn't even think of but which fit in perfectly.
Every part of the movie was top-notch (wardrobe, make-up, editing, choreography). The cast did a stellar job, too, they were clearly enjoying their roles and put in extra effort to make it more entertaining. The stuntmen were funny and professional, the main character's beauty and gracefulness are beyond words. The movie was even better than what I've envisioned while written the script.
Yes, the price might be steep at the first (or even second or third) look, but - considering the work and dedication behind these films and the quality of the final product - I think it's actually very reasonable. For me, the movie I've got was surely worth it.
I've thought before that it will be my one and only custom film. But now that I've seen it, I've already started amassing the funds for the next one...

RE: KAK quiz (+chance to win a free movie)
Well, I promised that I'll post the solutions tomorrow, but it seems there won't be any new entry, so there's no reason to wait! The correct answers are:
1. C
2. B (I miss Mata Hari, too...)
3. E
4. A (She was one of the Beauxbatons girls )
5. D (He appeared in the police station scene as one of the Joker's henchmen - the one who had the bomb and the mobile phone hidden in his body)
6. E (The best Lara Croft of them all!)
7. A
8. C
9. B or C (actually, I meant B as the correct answer, but - as Abercorn pointed out - the question was (unintentionally) ambigiously worded, so it would be unfair to reject the C answer)
10. D
Aaand the winner - who was the first to answer them all correctly - is ABERCORN! Congratulations! Please contact Kandyman for your prize!
Thanks to everyone who participated and for the kind words! I made this quiz for the same reasons as Dfingo had written in his post: it's just so great to find an excuse to go over my movie collection one more time, reread the forums, bring back all the happy memories this site gave to me... I constucted these questions for those who feel the same. To solve them, it's not enough to take a quick look at the movie descriptions - one has to be thoroughly familiar with the site's contents and (for some questions) actually has to own the relevant movies themselves.
Congratulations to the winner!
I'll intend to post the next set of questions tomorrow, so stay tuned!

RE: KICKASSKANDY 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!
Wow. Congratulations! 10 years already? Unbelievable!
This site gave me so much joy and great moments! I still remember my very first KAK movie I've bought (One Flew Over the Kick Ass' Nest). The movie was an instant, timeless classic, but even greater was the impact of the wonderful revelation that there are people who share my fantasies and produce whole movies to make them true. After spending countless hours with a VCR remote in my hand just to catch one or two fleeting seconds of F/M fights in tv shows, the discovery of Kickasskandy.com was an intoxicating experience.
Since that moment, I've became a faithful follower of this site, and my collection now consists of more than 140 KAK movies. (At one time, I even made it my goal to write a detailed review of every KAK movie in existence..) I remember the defining moments of the site : the first photoset; the first storyline spanning more movies (Kick Ass Identity/ Supremacy/Ultimatum); the first f/f fight; the first hint of BAK girls; the first customs... And, of course. the introduction of every new Kandygirl: Sydney, Minx, Mata Hari, Bambi, Foxy, Jet, Emmanuelle, Cat, Aish, Jade, Blaze, Sapphire, Casey... impossible to list hem all, but each is with her own beauty and unforgettable moments. (Also, let me grab this opportunity to give my heartful thanks to all the great stuntmen whose dedication and professionalism made these movie so much more believable and enjoyable.)
And it's still possible to raise the bar. After all this time and movies, I'm still amazed each time at the introduction of a new heroine or a new fighting choreography, thniking that "Wow, Kandyman did it AGAIN!"
You're the best!
P.S. Dfingo, "IronKandy" was a custom by you? Much kudos to you, mate - that movie is one of my absolute favorites, and I use it as both a reference and inspiration for the custom I have in the planning...
